Welcome to GoFitVit!

We are Deepanker Das, Pradeep Kumar, and Umang Bhardwaj, three college friends turned health enthusiasts on a mission to make the world a healthier place. Our journey began in the bustling corridors of our university, where we bonded over shared classes, late-night study sessions, and a mutual love for good food. Little did we know that our friendship would one day evolve into a shared passion for promoting better health and nutrition.

Our Story

After graduating from college, we each embarked on our separate corporate journeys. Deepanker pursued a career in IT, Pradeep delved into marketing, and Umang found his niche in Finance. Despite the demands of our jobs, we always made time to catch up and reminisce about our college days. During one of these catch-ups, a common concern emerged: the deteriorating state of our health and the health of those around us.

We noticed that our colleagues, friends, and even family members were increasingly falling victim to chronic health issues like high cholesterol, hypertension, and heart problems, often at alarmingly young ages. The culprits were clear – unhealthy eating habits and a lack of awareness about nutrition. As corporate professionals, we had firsthand experience with the challenges of maintaining a balanced diet amidst hectic schedules and the lure of fast food.

The Turning Point

The turning point came during a particularly enlightening conversation over dinner one evening. As we shared our frustrations about the prevalence of junk food and the lack of emphasis on healthy eating, an idea began to take shape. We realized that we could do more than just talk about the problem – we could be part of the solution. What if we combined our skills and experiences to create a platform that educates and inspires people to make healthier food choices?

That night, GoFitVit was born. We envisioned a blog that would not only provide valuable information about health and nutrition but also offer practical tips and delicious, healthy recipes to make the transition to better eating habits easier and enjoyable.
